We really had a bad shimmy in the front of our big 4x4 truck. We just had new tires put on the day before. Had it aligned about two months ago. Took it back in and they checked the alignment fully. We could see them doing the work. Told us three tires were way out of balance!! We went to pay for the realignment and they said NO CHARGE! What a reputable bunch of guys there!!!! We took truck back to tire shop (same company but different location) and they said 3 tires were way way out of balance. Now truck is smooth again.

Ricky and Adam, at Network Alignment, were able to pinpoint the problem, locate and order the part for me at a price I was comfortable with.   Honest, upfront, no nonsense garage that focuses solely on alignment, suspension and brakes. Dropped my 2009 Jetta TDi off there one morning earlier this month as it needed new tires and I'd ever had an alignment done previously. Needless to say, was concerned that they were going to find a laundry list of issues. Nope! Not long after I got home, they called to let me know it was ready for pickup and that all I owed was the cost of the alignment (80 bucks) as the alignment was pretty much spot on other than a slight rear negative camber adjustment. Got the new tires that evening and the car drives straight as an arrow! Will be taking both of my Jettas there for sure.

  We are a 3 Miata family and like to autocross. Network Alignment set the camber, caster and toe exactly to our exact specifications. They allowed us into the bay and we got to see their work. Couldn't be more pleased. All 3 cars drive great. I would highly recommend this shop.

  These guys are pros, clean workshop, waiting room, restroom, and beside I was walk in they hook me up and did the job done timely fashion, thank you Network Alignment guys.
